It helps maintain healthy weight and keeps obesity at bay. For many chronic conditions, physical activity provides therapeutic benefits. Physical activity, indeed, is a part of recommended treatment for some conditions. The type and amount of physical activity is determined by keeping in consideration of the person’s ability and the severity of condition.
